SHIPPING:
We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas.
Deliveries within India can be done by mentioning your shipping address on our website. For international shipping, kindly contact us on our registered ID
All orders in stock are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
For personalized/made-to-order/pre-order products, the processing time will be approximately 3 – 4 weeks which will be intimated to you separately.
We shall update you once your product has been shipped
Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
DOMESTIC:
Shipping within India is FREE, irrespective of the number of items purchased.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the tracking number and shipping partner details will be shared via Email / WhatsApp.
Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2 (two) times before returning the package to us. If the package is returned after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, no refunds will be entertained.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the PIN Code and a valid contact number, to ensure faster and hassle-free delivery.
Your package will be delivered to the specified address within 4 to 5 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in delivery due to unforeseen events.
Our products are packed securely in a tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package has been tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person. Please contact us immediately on our registered ID mentioning your Order ID.
If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
